Basic Functions:

Assist in project management and co-ordination. Attend to pre and post sales including service calls, training and other projects as assigned


• To assist in Project Management and co-ordination with the relevant parties

• To provide timely and effective response and solutions to service requests

• To provide service calls; investigate, trouble-shoot, diagnose and recommend solutions and report the events

• To conduct Preventive Maintenance Activities, update, review and report

• Conduct training to customers

• Support pre and post sales and customer’s enquiry

• Ability to communicate with key customers either owners or operators of the hotels


• NITEC or Diploma holder in Electronics or Electrical engineering is preferred

• Good understanding of electrical or electronic products including trouble-shooting will be an added advantage

• Familiarity with the hotel development or maintenance industry would be an added advantage

• Familiar with KNX/EIB System

• Can work independently and a team player

• Knowledge in AutoCAD program for electronic design and ability to read and understand electrical drawings will be an added advantage
